X-Division Championship

Homicide vs. Samoa Joe

Joe and Homicide lock up few times for a start, then Homicide sends Joe to the arena floor and does a suicide dive that manages to connect. This move gives Homicide an advantage in the next minute of the match but then Joe handles the situation and send him into the turnbuckle with a suplex. He attempts to finish the match quickly with the Muscle Buster however Homicide reverses it with a Tornado DDT. He follows with the cutter, but Joe kicks out of two. Homicide tries to finish with Da Gringo Killa, but Joe reverses the finisher which leads to another cutter by Homicide, that this time Joe reverses into the Coquina Clutch from underneath for the submission. Homicide taps out.

Unfortunately the limited time didn’t allow Joe and Homicide to show more ( and we all know what those two can do when put one against each other), but still, despite I expected more of this match, I did enjoy it.

Edits by me.

Leaders of the new school: Sami Zayn, Hideo Itami, Adrian Neville, Fergal Devitt and Kevin Steen talk to WWE.com about their generation

NEVILLE: I think “wrestling” and “wrestler” used to be dirty words. That has turned around. We’re all here to say it’s not a dirty word. In fact, it’s a beautiful word.

ZAYN: We’re proud to be wrestlers.

NEVILLE: This is all we’ve ever wanted. And if you’re [on the main roster] and maybe you’re a little complacent — you’ve lost that fire — that’s fine, but just know that we’re going to be on your heels. We’re coming.
